This morning at around 05:15 pm, an earthquake shook northern Sumatra region. According BMKG, the strength of 7.2 SR earthquake is located in and according to the USGS (United States Geological Survey) recorded at 7.7 SR.
Back by BMKG, earthquake location precisely at 2.33 N and 97.02 E , epicenter was at sea 75 km southeast of Sinabang with a depth of 34 km.
